Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Bookey, operated by PLYO Technologies S.L., Barcelona, Spain ("Bookey", "we"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them.

1. The service

Bookey is a software-as-a-service platform for managing coworking spaces: room booking, digital reception, member apps, visitor management, analytics, calendar sync and related features. We provide the software; the coworking space remains responsible for how it runs its space and what data it collects from its members and visitors.

2. Accounts and plans

Plans, prices, and the limits of each tier are listed on our pricing section. The 14-day free trial requires no payment card. An "active member" is a person who booked a resource or sat on an active plan in a given calendar month. We will warn you inside the product before any plan limit affects you.

3. Payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance, in EUR, excluding VAT where applicable. Annual billing carries the discount shown on the pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law; if we materially reduce the service you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund of prepaid, unused fees.

4. Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no abuse of the messaging features (email/SMS), no attempts to breach tenant isolation or probe other organisations' data, no reselling of the service without a written agreement.

5. Data protection

We process personal data per our privacy policy and, for space-controlled data, under a data processing agreement with EU-only subprocessors listed on the subprocessors page. All customer data is hosted in the European Union.

6. Availability and support

We operate the service with commercially reasonable care, target high availability, and announce planned maintenance in advance. Starter includes email support, Growth priority support, Scale a contractual SLA.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time; the service runs until the end of the paid period. We may suspend accounts that materially breach these terms after notice. On termination you can export your data (CSV) for 30 days, after which it is deleted per the privacy policy.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice for material changes. Spanish law applies; courts of Barcelona have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rules.
