Fair questions
What happens to our data from the old system?
On Scale we migrate it for you - rooms, companies, members, booking history. On Starter and Growth you get CSV importers and a guided checklist. Either way nothing launches until you've verified the numbers match.
Where does our data live?
On EU soil, full stop: the app and database run in Germany, files in EU object storage, email and SMS via EU-compliant providers. The full subprocessor list is public, linked in the footer.
What counts as an "active member"?
Someone who booked a resource or sat on an active plan that month. Dormant accounts don't count against your limit - you never pay for ghosts.
Can members really use it without an app store?
Yes - Bookey is a PWA. Members open a link, tap "add to home screen", done. Updates ship instantly; there is nothing to publish or force-update.
What if we outgrow our plan?
You get a heads-up inside the product before any limit bites, and upgrading is one click. Going from Growth to Scale is a conversation, not a contract renegotiation.
